Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfiguring, deploying, and managing experience with NextGen SIEM, SOAR, EDR\nHands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.\nExperience with API integration and authentication.\nCreating playbooks, correlation rules, dashboards, and workflows to manage.\nNon-Human & Privileged Access Control: Oversee JIT (just-in-time) access via Falcon Privileged Access, manage standing privileges, and monitor non-human/service account hygiene\nPolicy Configuration & Customization: : Create and maintain Zero Trust and conditional access policies for privileged accounts, service/non-human accounts, stale accounts, risky logins\nCompliance Framework Mapping: Enabling and assigning compliance benchmarks out of the box (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC2, HIPAA) to specific cloud groups or accounts.\nCustom Policy Creation: Building tailored posture policies to catch non-standard infrastructure risks\nDeployment and administration tasks in CrowdStrike (Containers scans, CI/CD image scanning)\nKnowledge of CASM /Policy Compliance reports, container security within DevOps, deploying passive network sensors, and cloud connectors in Qualys.\nTroubleshooting experience in Linux, firewalls, Python scripts, AD logs, and system logs.\nTroubleshooting security agent deployment and systems that aren't reporting in tools UI.\nTroubleshooting system performance issues due to security agent deployment.\nCreate IOA/IOC/ML exclusions and USB exceptions and block IOCs in security tools.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.\nRelevant level of Cloud certifications such as AWS, AZURE, GCP preferred.\nRelevant level of Security certifications such as AZ-500, SC-200, Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM etc. will be added advantage.\nRequired experience:\nExtended experience in Security technologies like (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy etc.).\nExtended experience in technical support to clients.\nExtended experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting.\nExtended experience providing remote support in Security Technologies.\nExtended experience in SOC/CSIRT Operations.\nExtended experience in handling security incidents end to end.\nKnowledge on networking, Linux and security concepts.\nExtensive experience in configuring/managing security controls such as Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, HoneyPots and other security tools.\nKnowledge on log collection mechanism such as Syslog, Log file, DB API.\nKnowledge in security architecture.\nExtensive experience in Security Engineering.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
