Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe IT Enterprise Architect is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for operating at an enterprise and strategic level and is responsible for consulting with internal stakeholders, around complex information technology enterprise architecture.\nThis role works with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.\nThe IT Enterprise Architect provides enterprise architecture consulting services to analyze and provide holistic strategies and solutions on all aspects of enterprise architectural requirements.\nThis role is accountable for translating business strategic intent into holistic capability blocks, the level of capability required and roadmap for delivery to enable business strategic outcomes.\nKey responsibilities:\nResponsible for the capability maturity roadmap and investment plan which includes technology.\nDevelops digital blueprint strategy and roadmap, architecture and digital principles.\nResponsible for new technology governance and digital portfolio management.\nServes as an advisor to senior business management on business and information integration strategies.\nEvaluates internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggest improvements.\nCreates business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creates and implements business vision and goals.\nImproves the current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs.\nResponsible for cataloguing, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.\nProvides business architecture and systems processing, as well as technology selection guidance.\nCreates methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.\nProvides consultancy in business process analysis and design, and service delivery, particularly with respect to the use of information, trends, and directions.\nUpdates and maintains key enterprise architecture deliverables.\nCreates architecture and technology standards, taxonomy and reference models (operating models, process frameworks, fit to standard, data).\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nSeasoned understanding of business strategy, operating models, business capabilities and value streams.\nSeasoned understanding of technologies or solutions with the intent to identify capability (and maturity) improvement potential.\nAbility to integrate big data analytics into the existing IT landscape.\nSeasoned knowledge of architectural methodologies and frameworks to be able to implement strategies effectively.\nAbility to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies that may improve business.\nGood communication skills to work with various leaders throughout the organization to support the goals and objectives of the organization.\nGood project and program management skills.\nSeasoned knowledge of information technology governance.\nDemonstrate problem analysis and solution formulation skills.\nDemonstrates systems and design thinking skills.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.\nRequired certification(s) such as TOGAF / ITIL/ COBIT.\nRequired experience:\nSeasoned demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect gained within a similar matrixed information technology environment (development or digital transformation environment).\nSeasoned demonstrated experience in appropriate enterprise architecture domain.\nSeasoned demonstrated experience in system architecture.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
