This role works towards associate level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge to action configurations, installations and attend to break/fix events that are deemed less complex in nature.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLearns the ability to start 'owning' portions of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management during project lifecycle.\nFunctions jointly with the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements.\nAction configurations and installations.\nAttend to break/fix events during project lifecycle.\nProvides support and work alongside other ream members.\nPerforms any other related task as required.\nKnowledge and Attributes:\nBasic understanding and appreciation of technical design principles.\nAbility to develop an understanding of fundamental project and administration processes.\nDisplays a strong learning orientation.\nGood verbal communication skills.\nDemonstrate a client service orientation.\nHands-on proactive in approach.\nThe ability to work overtime when required.\nKnowledge on security concepts and application of those concepts.\nKnowledge of cloud services on at least one of the following providers - AWS, Azure, GCP.\nUnderstanding of Networking Fundamentals\nUnderstanding of Application Design concepts\nUnderstanding project fundamentals which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.\nNetwork Security and other Cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage\n6-12 months working experience will be an added advantage\nRequired experience:\nEntry level experience in Security technologies.\nEntry Level experience in technical support to clients.\nEntry Level experience in handling security incidents end to end.\nEntry Level experience in configuring/managing security controls, such as Firewall, SIEM, NAC, IDS/IPS, EDR, NDR, UTM, Proxy, SOAR, Honeypots, and other security tools.\nTrack record of delivering on-time and on-target.\nTrack record of taking ownership in projects and incident handling.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
