Together, our solutions aim to reduce technical debt and enable intelligent customer and employee decisions.\nThis is a consulting role focused on helping clients identify, design and implement practical AI solutions across Microsoft business applications and workplace technologies.\nYou will work alongside Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Power Platform specialists and Project Managers to integrate AI capabilities into customer solutions. You will help organisations leverage Microsoft Copilot technologies, Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI capabilities, Dynamics 365 AI features and broader generative AI technologies to improve productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of AI concepts and hands-on experience applying AI within Microsoft ecosystems, rather than a deep specialist in data science or AI engineering.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAI Strategy & Advisory\nHelp clients identify and prioritise AI opportunities across business processes and user experiences.\nFacilitate AI discovery workshops and business value assessments.\nTranslate business requirements into practical AI-enabled solution designs.\nAdvise customers on AI readiness, adoption, governance and responsible AI practices.\nSolution Design & Delivery\nCollaborate with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project teams to design AI-enhanced business solutions.\nGuide implementation of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across:Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement\nDynamics 365 Finance & Operations\nDynamics 365 Business Central\nPower Platform\nSharePoint and Microsoft 365\n\nDesign and configure solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nSupport development of AI-powered agents, copilots, automations and knowledge experiences.\nParticipate in customer solution architecture and design reviews.\nContribute to proofs of concept, demonstrations and pilot projects.\nProject & Customer Engagement\nWork directly with business stakeholders and technology teams on AI enabled projects.\nSupport pre-sales activities, workshops and solution demonstrations.\nStay current with Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI portfolio and emerging market trends.\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\n2+ years' experience in a consulting, business applications, digital transformation or AI-focused role.\nExperience working on Microsoft technology implementations, including one or more of:Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)\nDynamics 365 Finance & Operations\nDynamics 365 Business Central\nPower Platform\nSharePoint Online\nMicrosoft 365\n\nExperience configuring or implementing Microsoft Copilot capabilities and/or Copilot Studio.\nStrong understanding of generative AI concepts, including:Large Language Models (LLMs)\nPrompt engineering\nAI agents\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nAI governance and risk\n\nAbility to bridge business and technical conversations.\nStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nDesirable\nExperience with Microsoft AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio).\nExperience with Azure OpenAI Services.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse and Power Platform extensibility.\nExperience integrating AI into CRM, ERP or employee experience solutions.\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI frameworks and governance models.\nMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI or Copilot technologies.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
