Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nKey responsibilities:\nThe role involves implementing Access and MPLS VPN-based network solutions, as well as implementation of SD-WAN solutions.\nThe engineer will be responsible for the precise and timely execution of installations, along with the necessary administrative tasks required to close out jobs and projects.\nThis is a customer-facing position, requiring proactive follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.\nConfiguring and installing Cisco and Fortigate SD-WAN products.\nAcademic Qualifications/certifications, required experience and attributes:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology is required; a B.Sc Eng, B.Sc, or B.Comm is preferred.\nCisco certification: CCNA required; actively pursuing CCIP or CCNP is advantageous.\nHands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies, including Meraki, Viptela, and Fortigate.\nMinimum of 6 years' experience in a networking environment.\nStrong theoretical and practical understanding of networking topologies and TCP/IP protocols.\nStandby and overtime as required.\nWorking knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network architecture.\nFamiliarity with routing protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, and HSRP.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership.\nHigh levels of accuracy and diligence in all aspects of their work.\nStrong communication and writing skills, with a customer-first mindset.\nA team-oriented attitude, especially within small, agile groups.\nA friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.\nA genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.\nA desire to grow professionally within a dynamic organization.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
