The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco AAA servers, Cisco Next Gen Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, Citrix Load Balancers, and Cisco ACI & SDN. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing network solutions, as well as providing advanced support and guidance to the network team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIn depth knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and RIP\nHands on experience (Expert level) of Routing & Switching on vendor devices Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix and Cisco ACI\nExtensive hands on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site ACI design, implementation, and support, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, extensions & Routing and policies\nWorking knowledge of Citrix and F5 load Balancer products.\nWill provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution.\nSupporting in rotation shifts plus 24/7 On Call support when needed Qualifications\nTroubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay\nStrong Documentation skills\nDesign and implement advanced network solutions.\nLead troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.\nConfigure and optimize Cisco AAA servers.\nManage and secure Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.\nOversee the deployment and management of Citrix Load Balancers.\nImplement and manage Cisco ACI & SDN solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to the network team.\nAbility to assist with incident investigations through to timely resolution.\nForward planning and ability to manage non-complex implementations.\nExcellent analytical & interpretive skills.\nDevelop and maintain network documentation and standards.\nGood Knowledge of ITIL framework and Service management. \nRequired Skills:\nExtensive experience with Cisco AAA servers.\nAdvanced proficiency in managing Cisco Next Gen Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.\nIn-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers.\nExpertise in Cisco ACI, SDx, Cisco IOS & NXOS\nStrong leadership and project management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nSuperior communication and interpersonal skills.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience with 4 years of hand on experience on technology\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP PCNSE) are highly desirable.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
