You’ll take ownership of the performance and continued development of the practice, translating strategy into sustainable business outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs Practice Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across the Microsoft Business Applications practice, with accountability spanning:\nPractice strategy, growth and market development\nRevenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L performance\nExecutive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals\nDelivery excellence across the practice portfolio\nLeadership, coaching and development of practice leaders and teams\nMicrosoft alliance relationships, joint business planning and co-sell activity\nCapability development, innovation and evolving service offerings\nWorkforce planning, governance and operational performance.\nYou’ll work closely with sales leaders, client executives, delivery managers, practice leads, Microsoft stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership, while representing the practice in executive customer governance and business reviews.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou’ll bring:\n10+ years’ leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services\nDemonstrated success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, or similar business applications experience\nProven experience managing a consulting P&L\nStrong business development and senior client relationship capability\nExperience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios\nExperience leading senior consulting teams\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nExperience developing Microsoft alliance relationships.\nJust as importantly, you’ll combine strategic thinking and commercial acumen with customer-focused leadership, delivery accountability, talent development and the ability to lead through change.\nWhy this role?\nThis position offers the opportunity to shape the direction of a significant Microsoft practice, influence its growth agenda, deepen our Microsoft ecosystem relationships and develop the capabilities that will support the next phase of the business.
