Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Manager, Service / Product Development, is a senior management role, responsible for driving the execution of the service / product development strategy and objectives as defined by senior leadership.\nIn addition, this role supports the leading of the creation of innovative and customer-centric service / product offerings whilst driving sustainable growth.\nThe Manager, Service / Product Development supports a culture of collaboration and innovation across their team with a focus on operational excellence.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupports with driving Agile methodologies across service / product development teams, ensuring effective implementation of Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies to deliver high-quality services iteratively and adaptively.\nCollaborates among cross functional teams to work cohesively, communicate transparently, and achieve collective goals.\nProvides expert guidance on technical architecture, software development best practices, and emerging technologies.\nSupports with adoption of modern engineering practices, DevOps principles, and continuous integration/delivery.\nParticipates in communities of practices.\nEnforces quality assurance practices.\nSupports with promoting a culture of innovation by encouraging teams to explore new ideas, experiment with technologies, and implement improvements to enhance service quality, user experience, and efficiency.\nTracks key performance metrics related to service development and delivery.\nSupports with utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimizes processes, and drives continuous improvement.\nFosters professional growth and technical excellence by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill enhancement.\nDrives a culture of collaboration and innovation across the team with a focus on operational excellence.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nAdvanced execution abilities.\nEvidence of supporting the development of global product offering in liaison/ coordination with cross functional teams.\nDemonstrates strong client focus.\nAdvanced knowledge of IT services, outsourcing and infrastructure markets across all verticals.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to build consensus amongst many stakeholders; be comfortable with ambiguity.\nAbility to thrive within high pressure, complex, fast paced environments.\nAbility to work with multi-cultural and geographically dispersed virtual teams.\nAdvanced leadership and negotiation skills with our channels to market, third parties and internal delivery teams.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field.\nRelevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.\nRequired experience:\nAdvanced experience in IT services, specifically service / product developing within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment across a range of service offers/portfolios.\nAdvanced experience in an operational context within an IT services organization, with a solid understanding of client needs.\nAdvanced knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.\nAdvanced experience managing services / product development teams.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
