This role requires close collaboration with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), engineering teams, technology partners, government stakeholders, and customer organizations.\nThe candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to drive project outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram & Project Management\nLead end-to-end delivery of High-Speed Railway IT/OT and Cybersecurity projects.\nEstablish project governance, reporting structure, and stakeholder communication plans.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.\nCoordinate multiple project workstreams across local and international teams.\nDrive project execution and ensure on-time delivery of critical milestones.\nManage internal and external vendors, consultants, and contractors.\nGlobal Collaboration\nWork closely with global SMEs across cybersecurity, railway operations, OT, network, cloud, and infrastructure domains.\nFacilitate technical discussions and decision-making among international stakeholders.\nAlign local project requirements with global standards and best practices.\nEscalate and resolve cross-functional issues efficiently.\nStakeholder Management\nInterface with customers, government agencies, railway authorities, and executive management.\nPresent project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nLead workshops, steering committee meetings, and governance reviews.\nIT/OT & Cybersecurity Coordination\nSupport implementation of cybersecurity controls and compliance requirements.\nCoordinate integration between IT and operational technology environments.\nManage risk assessments, architecture reviews, and security-related project activities.\nEnsure project deliverables meet operational and security requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of Project Management experience.\n5+ years managing large-scale infrastructure, transportation, railway, telecom, data center, cloud, or cybersecurity projects.\nExperience delivering complex multi-vendor programs.\nExperience working in multinational and cross-cultural environments.\nSkills\nStrong Project Management and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation abilities.\nStrong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.\nStrong coordination and facilitation skills across multiple teams.\nLanguage\nFluent English communication skills are mandatory.\nAbility to lead meetings, workshops, and executive discussions entirely in English.\nAdditional Asian language capability is an advantage.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in Railway, Metro, Transportation, Airport, or Critical Infrastructure projects.\nKnowledge of OT/ICS environments and cybersecurity concepts.\nPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.\nFamiliarity with IEC62443, ISO27001, NIST, or other security frameworks.\nExperience working with international engineering and consulting firms.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary based on agreement.\nFull social insurance coverage based on salary.\nProbation with 100% salary.\nAnnual bonuses and regular salary reviews.\nTraining sponsorship for professional courses and certification exams.\nComprehensive healthcare coverage for staff and their families.\nRegular health check-ups.\n15 days of paid annual leave, plus 1 additional day for every 3 years of service, up to 20 days.\nWork Schedule:\nHybrid working mode.\nMonday to Friday, 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00.\nFlexible start hours between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM with manager approval.\nWork Locations:\nHanoi Office: Room 202, 2nd Floor, HITC Building, 239 Xuan Thuy street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.\nHo Chi Minh Office: 20th Floor, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.\nKey Success Factors\nThe ideal candidate should possess:\nStrong English Communication\nAble to communicate effectively with global SMEs, customers, contractors, and executive stakeholders.\nAgility and Flexibility\nComfortable working in fast-changing environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines.\nSpeed and Execution\nCapable of driving actions quickly, removing blockers, and maintaining project momentum.\nLeadership Without Authority\nAble to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders without direct reporting relationships.\nGlobal Mindset\nComfortable working across different cultures, time zones, and technical disciplines.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
