Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nIl Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) è un ruolo tecnico del nostro team di supporto sistemistico remoto ai clienti, principalmente su ambienti Microsoft Windows e Linux.\nL'engineer si occuperà di monitoraggio dei sistemi, gestione di incident e richieste di servizio, troubleshooting di primo livello, analisi dei log ed escalation verso i gruppi specialistici, operando secondo procedure definite e nel rispetto degli SLA.\nIl Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) entrerà a far parte di un team italiano che fornisce supporto a diversi clienti nazionali e internazionali su molteplici tecnologie e infrastrutture.\nPrincipali responsabilità\nLa risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Sistemi e sarà coinvolta nelle attività operative di supporto sistemistico sui sistemi dei clienti.\nLe principali attività saranno:\nMonitoraggio dei sistemi cliente;\n\nSupporto sistemistico su ambienti Microsoft Windows e Linux;\n\nAnalisi e troubleshooting di anomalie;\n\nGestione degli Incident e delle richieste di servizio tramite sistema di trouble ticketing;\n\nEsecuzione di attività sistemistiche secondo procedure definite;\n\nGestione delle escalation verso i gruppi specialistici competenti;\n\nSupporto alle attività di Change Management;\n\nVerifica dei log e raccolta delle informazioni necessarie all'analisi degli incident;\n\nAggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e delle procedure operative.\n\nCosa ti serve per avere successo nel ruolo?\nCerchiamo una persona curiosa, precisa e interessata a sviluppare le proprie competenze in ambito sistemistico, con buone capacità di problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro in team.\nRequisiti\nConoscenze di base dei sistemi operativi Microsoft Windows/Windows Server e Linux;\n\nFamiliarità con strumenti di monitoraggio e sistemi di trouble ticketing; (service now preferenziale)\n\nCapacità di effettuare attività di troubleshooting e analisi dei log;\n\nFamiliarità con protocolli e strumenti di amministrazione remota quali SSH e RDP;\n\nDisponibilità a lavorare su turni secondo le fasce di servizio previste;\n\nFormazione tecnica in ambito informatico;\n\nBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;\n\nAttenzione ai dettagli, capacità organizzative e buone doti comunicative;\n\nConoscenza dei principi della metodologia ITIL.\n\nCostituiscono titolo preferenziale\n1-2 anni di esperienza in attività di System Administration o supporto sistemistico;\n\nConoscenza di Active Directory e dei principali servizi Microsoft;\n\nConoscenza di ambienti di virtualizzazione;\n\nConoscenza di PowerShell e/o Bash;\n\nEsperienza con ServiceNow, Zabbix, mRemoteNG o strumenti equivalenti.\n\nLocation: Milano\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
