In this role, you will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and cloud platforms to troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive successful AI adoption, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Enterprise Platform Support\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to enterprise integrations and third-party platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.\nSupport customers in designing, deploying, and operating Agentic AI solutions and AI-driven workflows.\nInvestigate and resolve issues across AI/ML services, APIs, authentication layers, networking components, and cloud platforms.\nAnalyze model behavior, data quality, schema validation, and ML lifecycle processes to identify and address performance challenges.\nAdvise customers on AI cost optimization strategies, including compute, storage, training, and inference efficiency.\nApply security, privacy, and governance best practices to ensure compliance and responsible AI adoption.\nSecurity, Identity & Networking\nTroubleshoot and support enterprise identity and access management solutions, including: OAuth 2.0 SAML / OIDC SCIM RBAC Identity Federation Permission Mapping\nDiagnose connectivity and infrastructure issues across cloud environments, including: VPC/VNet DNS Firewalls VPNs Load Balancers Private Endpoints\nCloud & Platform Engineering\nManage and troubleshoot solutions running on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nSupport AI/ML services such as Azure AI, Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar platforms.\nWork with Kubernetes and containerized environments to maintain reliable, production-grade systems.\nLeverage monitoring and observability tools to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues.\nData & Automation\nBuild, maintain, or troubleshoot ETL pipelines, data platforms, and AI/ML orchestration workflows.\nSupport automation initiatives that improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Technical Support, AI Solutions, Customer Engineering, or related fields.\nStrong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and frameworks, including: Model Context Protocol (MCP) Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication Tool Calling Workflow Orchestration AI Agent Architectures\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nStrong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, networking, and identity management.\nWorking knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle processes and production support best practices.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nPreferred Experience\nBackground as a Customer Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.\nExperience supporting enterprise customers and mission-critical production environments.\nExposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
