Working closely with our sales teams, you will provide your expertise in cloud computing technologies to ensure the effective design, deployment, and operation of our systems.\nYour day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You will be seen as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring that our solutions meet the client's objectives. Assessing existing systems and developing strategies for migrating on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud will be a key part of your role.\nYou will design cloud-based systems that prioritize high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability. Your role extends to defining and implementing security best practices and compliance standards, as well as developing and maintaining cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. A significant part of your day will also involve providing support to development teams to ensure adherence to these standards.\nAdditionally, you will be involved in pre-sales activities, helping analyse client requirements in conjunction with their current capabilities. You will support the creation of technical design documents and manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives. As a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and architectures, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our technical solutions with business objectives.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nComprehensive knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.\nBroad knowledge of cloud architecture patterns like microservices, serverless computing, containers, and hybrid cloud deployments.\nProficiency in cloud infrastructure technologies such as virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and load balancing.\nFamiliarity with cloud security principles, including IAM (Identity and Access Management), encryption, and compliance frameworks.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure resource Manager.\nUnderstanding of cloud networking concepts and hybrid connectivity options.\nModerate experience in Cloud Technical Architect roles, designing and deploying cloud-based architectures with a foundational grasp of devOps principles, automation, and orchestration tools.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills for safeguarding DATA integrity and security.\nStrong client engagement skills with a knack for technical consulting.\nA bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
