You will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving cloud-based incidents and problems. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you'll ensure our clients experience minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency. Your day will involve configuring, installing, testing, and managing client infrastructure to ensure it is always operational.\nYou will conduct necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts, ensuring that problems are identified and logged promptly. Your role includes investigating third-line support calls, identifying the root cause of issues, providing on-site technical support, and collaborating with third-party vendors when necessary. Additionally, you will perform random reviews of incidents and service requests monthly, analyze them, and recommend ways to improve quality.\nAs part of your daily responsibilities, you will continuously provide feedback to clients, updating all necessary systems and portals. You will also proactively identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation.\nWhen required, you may manage and implement projects within your technology domain, ensuring you meet client requirements and timelines effectively. Lastly, your role may include implementing and delivering disaster recovery functions and tests to ensure DATA protection and business continuity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical pre-sales support in articulating infrastructure design with in-depth product knowledge of at least two technology domains, focusing on computing, storage, EUC, virtualization, and networking.\nDrive solution sales by understanding clients' technical needs and translating them into tailored solutions.\nDevelop and maintain intermediate-level skills in public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.\nDemonstrate strong expertise in technologies from AWS, Azure, GCP and other relevant vendors.\nCollaborate with sales teams to develop a well-informed infrastructure approach and monitor its implementation.\nRegularly assess and optimize infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and virtualized environments.\nDesign and manage Cloud hybrid infrastructure solutions.\nTroubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.\nAssist with infrastructure migration and modernization strategies.\nIdentify and recommend the best Cloud architecture options to align with the company's strategic goals.\nTranslate project-specific requirements into scalable and efficient designs.\nEnsure the security and reliability of the Cloud environment.\nProvide training and support to teams interacting with the infrastructure.\nMonitor Cloud - infrastructure resource utilization and performance.\nWork with clients to understand their respective needs and implement solutions accordingly.\nConduct migrations and upgrades as needed.\nMandatory Requirements:\n4-6+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP; at least one primary platform).\nStrong experience designing, deploying, and operating production cloud infrastructure.\nSolid understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals: compute, networking, storage, and security.\nHands-on experience with Hybrid Cloud environments (on-premises to public cloud connectivity).\nProven hands-on skills with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), including modules, state management, and multi-environment deployments.\nExperience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE).\nJapanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 or above (N1 highly preferred), capable of technical discussions with Japanese customers.\nGood English communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.\nSkillset Requirements :\nExperience designing enterprise-grade cloud architectures with high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.\nStrong knowledge of cloud networking: VPC/VNet design, subnetting, routing, firewalls/security groups, load balancers, VPN, and private connectivity.\nExperience in cloud migration projects (on-premises to cloud, VM to container, or refactoring to managed services).\nOperational experience supporting cloud production environments, including incident handling and root cause analysis.\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).\nUnderstanding of GitOps concepts and tools such as FluxCD or ArgoCD is a strong plus.\nExperience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).\nWorking knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM/RBAC, secret management, and compliance awareness.\nExperience working as a technical contact or cloud engineer for Japanese enterprise customers is highly preferred.\nAbility to explain technical designs, risks, and options clearly to both technical teams and customers.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary package\nExposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and real production systems.\nTraining and career development toward L3 / System Specialist / Cloud Engineer.\nFull social insurance coverage based on salary.\nProbation with 100% salary.\nAnnual bonuses and regular salary reviews.\nTraining sponsorship for professional courses and certification exams.\nComprehensive healthcare coverage for staff and their families.\nRegular health check-ups.\n15 days of paid annual leave, plus 1 additional day for every 3 years of service, up to 20 days.\nWork Schedule:\nHybrid working policy\nFlexible start hours between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM with manager approval.\nWork Locations:\nHanoi Office: Room 202, 2nd Floor, HITC Building, 239 Xuan Thuy street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.\n\nHo Chi Minh Office: Floor 20, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
