Combining engineering, solution architecture, consulting, and customer engagement capabilities, the Senior FDE delivers and guides complex solution initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nOperating independently within their area of expertise, the Senior FDE exercises sound judgment in addressing complex customer challenges, contributes to delivery excellence and reusable best practices, and supports customer success through innovative, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes, translating requirements into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.\n\nDesign, implement, configure, customize, and integrate company and partner platforms, products, accelerators, and reusable assets to address complex customer business and technical needs.\n\nDrive complex solution initiatives across the lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, deployment, adoption, optimization, and value realization.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with business, technical, and senior stakeholders, providing technical guidance and influencing solution decisions throughout customer engagements.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, architecture, product, delivery, and operational teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement of solutions.\n\nAnalyze and resolve complex business, technical, and operational challenges using sound judgment, creativity, and structured problem-solving approaches.\n\nIdentify opportunities for innovation, solution enhancement, and operational improvement through a combination of customer insights, domain knowledge, and platform capabilities.\n\nCapture customer feedback, implementation learnings, and reusable patterns to improve products, platforms, accelerators, methodologies, and delivery practices.\n\nContribute to delivery excellence through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the development of best practices, implementation patterns, and environments.\n\nStrong collaboration, relationship-building, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing skills.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nRelevant certifications in cloud technologies, solution architecture, agile delivery, data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or related disciplines are advantageous.\n\nRequired Experience:\nDeep experience in software engineering, solution architecture, consulting, customer engineering, technology delivery, or related technology disciplines.\n\nAdvanced experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders in customer-facing environments.\n\nAdvanced experience delivering complex solution engagements, including discovery, design, implementation, deployment, adoption, and optimization activities.\n\nAdvanced demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, integrating, extending, or customizing enterprise platforms, products, or technology solutions within customer environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience translating business and domain requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions that achieve measurable outcomes.\n\nDeep experience collaborating effectively across product, engineering, architecture, delivery, and business teams to achieve customer and organizational objectives.\n\nDemonstrated experience solving complex business and technical challenges independently, exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.\n\nAdvanced experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, reusable assets, methodologies, implementation
