The role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, availability, and security of enterprise hybrid cloud and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) environments through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement.\nActing as the highest level of technical escalation for Nutanix platforms, the SME will work closely with clients, internal engineering teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve complex infrastructure issues, implement changes, support transformation initiatives, and deliver contracted managed services outcomes.
