Working directly within customer environments, this role partners with business and technical stakeholders to understand highly complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and design, develop, deploy, and optimize solutions that deliver measurable value.\n\nThe Senior Principal FDE possesses deep expertise in company and partner platforms, products, accelerators, and reusable assets and applies this expertise to solve complex customer-specific business and technical problems. Combining engineering, solution architecture, consulting, and customer engagement capabilities, the Senior Principal FDE leads and guides highly complex solution initiatives across the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.\n\nOperating with a high degree of independence, the Senior Principal FDE applies advanced technical expertise and sound judgment to address complex customer challenges, establishes and promotes best practices, contributes to reusable assets and implementation approaches, and supports customer success through innovative, scalable, and sustainable technology solutions. The Senior Principal FDE is recognized as a subject matter expert and provides technical guidance and mentorship across teams and customer engagements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to understand strategic business objectives, complex challenges, and desired outcomes, translating requirements into technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.\n\nLead the team of FDE and Senior FDEs in a particular geography and mentor them towards client success\n\nProvide technical and thought leadership in AI\n\nHelp FDE and Senior FDE in overcome technical challenges in client environments\n\nLead the design, implementation, customization, integration, and optimization of company and partner platforms, products, accelerators, and reusable assets to address highly complex business and technical requirements.\n\nGuide highly complex solution initiatives across the lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, deployment, adoption, optimization, and value realization.\n\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with business, technical, and senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance and influencing solution decisions across customer engagements.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, architecture, product, delivery, and operational teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, scalability, and continuous improvement of solutions.\n\nResolve highly complex business, technical, and operational challenges through advanced problem-solving, technical expertise, and sound judgment.\n\nIdentify emerging customer needs, solution opportunities, and improvement areas through a combination of customer insights, domain expertise, and platform capabilities.\n\nCapture field insights, customer feedback, and implementation learnings to influence product enhancements, accelerators, reusable assets, implementation approaches, and delivery practices.\n\nEstablish, promote, and drive adoption of best practices, reusable patterns, implementation standards, and delivery methodologies to improve solution quality, consistency, and scalability.\n\nProvide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing, helping to strengthen capability and delivery excellence across teams.\n\nKnowledge and Attributes:\nExpert understanding of enterprise technology environments, solution architecture, ability to establish best practices, promote technical excellence, and influence solution approaches across multiple engagements.\n\nRequired Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nRelevant certifications in cloud technologies, solution architecture, agile delivery, data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or related disciplines are highly desirable.\n\nRequired Experience:\nExtended years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, consulting, customer engineering, technology delivery, or related technology disciplines.\n\nExtended experience working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders within customer-facing environments.\n\nExtended experience leading highly complex solution engagements, including discovery, design, implementation, deployment, adoption, optimization, and value realization activities.\n\nExtended experience implementing, configuring, integrating, extending, customizing, and optimizing enterprise platforms, products, or technology solutions within customer environments.\n\nExtended experience translating complex business, operational, and domain requirements into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.\n\nExtended experience collaborating across engineering, architecture, product, delivery, and business teams to drive successful customer outcomes.\n\nExtended experience resolving highly complex business and technical challenges independently using advanced judgment and technical expertise.\n\nExtended experience establishing and promoting best practices, implementation approaches, reusable assets, methodologies, or delivery standards.\n\nExtended experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and capability development across teams and
