Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Team Lead, Facilities is a developing management role, responsible for providing regular operational support through the management and coordination of maintenance, repairs and office moves, as well as new buildings and expansion projects within the organization.\nThis role ensures that all related facilities type of activities are carried out within the service level agreement and is also responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture across the facilities team(s) within their remit.\nKey responsibilities:\nManages the coordination of maintenance and repairs requests and ensures that all service requests are responded to and dealt with in a timely manner.\nManages the completion of daily building inspections and reports any findings to the relevant risk management team.\nManages identified non-compliance to maintenance standards to ensures adherence to the required health and safety standards.\nEnsures that buildings, offices, and equipment are maintained to the required standards and that service levels are met.\nContributes to the build of new business facilities, by ensuring the most appropriate selection of sites.\nContributes to renewals, options, terminations and escalations of existing building leases and advises on the planning and coordination of office moves and expansions and renovations within the organization.\nOversees the replacement of broken and depreciated tools and equipment.\nEnsures that office equipment operates effectively with minimal unplanned downtime and maintains accurate records of the condition of equipment.\nManages the ordering of office furniture and following up on orders, payments and deliveries and is accountable for the management of stock and furniture in storage.\nOversees the management and coordination of all third parties involved in supplying services related to a facilities project.\nLiaises with existing tenants to assist with the coordination of routine and scheduled maintenance, repairs and renovations.\nResponsible for operational management of the facilities team to achieve operational excellence.\nEnsures the maintenance of the asset registers, ensuring records are kept of all permits, leases, correspondence with vendors as well as reviewing all contractor documentation\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nDisplays excellent interpersonal skills used to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent ability to exercise sound judgement and display the ability to deal effectively with conflict.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nCustomer service attitude.\nExcellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nExcellent ability to make quick decisions.\nExcellent project management skills.\nBusiness and commercial acumen.\nExcellent ability to balance delivery with agreed and contracted expectations.\nDeveloping people management skills.\nAcademic qualifications and certifications:\nBachelor's degree or alternative qualification Facilities Management or a related field.\nRequired experience:\nSeasoned experience gained in a similar role and preferably within a similar environment.\nDeveloping experience managing and leading facilities teams(s).\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
