Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThe Senior Team Lead, Software Engineering/Architecture is a developing management role, tasked with providing regular operational support to a team of developers, engineers and/or architects by planning, directing and coordinating team activities to ensure that customer and business expectations are met.\nThis role ensures that software engineering and architecture projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget whilst meeting the required quality standards.\nThe Senior Team Lead, Software Engineering/Architecture contributes to the development of standards, policies and procedures related to the function.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 BC and F&O projects - implementation, upgrade, integration, and managed services/support\nManage and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants across multiple concurrent projects\nOwn solution architecture decisions for finance, procurement, and operations modules\nCoordinate requirement gathering, gap-fit analysis, data mapping, SIT/UAT, and go-live cutover activities\nInterface directly with client stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement) to translate business needs into technical solutions\nOversee integration work (APIs, middleware, third-party systems) between D365 and adjacent platforms\nManage project risk, scope, resourcing, and escalations; report status to delivery leadership\nEstablish and enforce delivery standards, coding/configuration conventions, and documentation practices\nSupport pre-sales activities - solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal input when needed\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: Minimum 8-10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with at least 3 years in a lead/team management role\nPlatform depth: Hands-on experience with both Business Central and Finance and Operations (candidates strong in only one, with working exposure to the other, may be considered)\n Functional modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, and Financial Reporting (PSAK/IFRS awareness a plus for Indonesia-based clients)\n Technical skills: AL language (BC extensions), X++ (F&O), Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) integration, Azure DevOps for ALM\n Integration experience: REST/OData APIs, Data Management Framework (F&O), middleware/ETL tools\nDelivery methodology: Experience with Microsoft Sure Step or Dynamics 365 implementation methodology; Agile/Scrum familiarity\nDomain: Prior experience in banking, financial services, retail, manufacturing, or regulated industries strongly preferred\n Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB-300/310, or equivalent) required or in progress will be and added values.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
