Your day will revolve around reviewing client requests or tickets and leveraging your technical knowledge to provide immediate and permanent resolutions, all while maintaining adherence to our service level agreements (SLAs).\nWorking across two or more technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, or Collaboration, you'll provide fourth-line support for complex issues that lower-level teams couldn't resolve. Your role involves investigating issues in advance, documenting your solutions, and sharing insights to empower other engineers.\nYou'll play an integral role in ensuring that contracted Managed Services outcomes are delivered to clients promptly, participating in change implementation tracking, and communicating effectively with other teams and clients. As an emergency support contact, you'll be essential for critical client and business-impacting issues.\nIn addition to addressing escalated incidents, you'll contribute to, and support project work as needed, optimizing DATA storage and implementing disaster recovery functions. By continuously updating and improving our processes, you'll help us drive automation and efficiency across our operations.\nTo thrive in this role, you need to have:\nDeep technical skills in relevant functions and a passion for exceeding client expectations.\nAdvanced Managed Services experience handling complex cross-technology infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and extensive vendor management experience.\nAdvanced experience in multiple technology domains and an understanding of IT industry standards and emerging trends.\nExcellent change management skills, capable of planning and executing changes with clear risk identification and mitigation.\nProficiency in listening techniques and client-focused interaction to ensure a positive client journey.\nAbility to communicate and work effectively across different cultures and social groups.\nResilience under pressure and a positive outlook at work.\nA bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.\nWorkplace type:\nOn-site WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
