This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant with hands-on ServiceNow experience who is looking to further develop their technical and consulting capabilities while working on enterprise-scale transformation projects.\nYou will work closely with senior consultants, developers, architects, and clients to support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions. The role will provide exposure across multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM, as well as system integrations and platform development.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.\nAssist in the preparation of solution design documentation, including High-Level and Low-Level Designs.\nConfigure and customise ServiceNow applications in accordance with platform best practices.\nParticipate in requirements gathering workshops, design discussions, and solution playback sessions.\nSupport the development and testing of integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST, and SOAP services.\nCollaborate with senior consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout delivery engagements.\nAssist with system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.\nPrepare and maintain project documentation, user guides, and technical artefacts.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and ServiceNow best practices.\nProvide ongoing support and enhancement recommendations to clients where required.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nApproximately 2-4 years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform.\nHands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.\nExposure to one or more ServiceNow modules such as:ITSM (IT Service Management)\nHRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)\nSPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)\nITOM (IT Operations Management)\n\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, configuration, and administration.\nExperience or exposure to integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nStrong documentation and organisational capabilities.\nDesired Experience\nExposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations or HR technology platforms.\nExperience working within Agile project environments.\nPrevious consulting or customer-facing experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.\nPersonal Attributes\nStrong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.\nTeam-oriented with a collaborative approach.\nDetail-oriented and committed to delivering quality outcomes.\nProactive, adaptable, and customer-focused.\nEffective communicator with a professional and positive attitude.\nWhy Apply?\nOpportunity to work on enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.\nExposure to a broad range of ServiceNow modules and technologies.\nSupportive and collaborative delivery environment.\nOngoing training, certification, and career development opportunities.\nHybrid working flexibility across Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
