You’ll also contribute to proposal development, client workshops, and architecture validation, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement.\nYour day will involve evaluating technology stacks, recommending best-fit frameworks, and ensuring that offshoring delivery models are efficient, cost-effective, and future-ready. You’ll stay ahead of emerging software trends and continuously improve internal methodologies and solution standards.\nYou’ll also mentor development teams, promote engineering excellence, and help build a strong foundation for scalable software delivery across borders.\nTo Thrive in This Role, You Should Have:\nProven experience inJava development and deliveringoffshoring software projects for global clients.\nStrong background insoftware architecture, including system design, integration, and performance optimization.\nExperience working inglobal IT service organizations, especially in offshoring or outsourcing environments.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),microservices, andDevOps practices.\nHands-on experience inpre-sales,solutioning, andtechnical proposal development.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across geographies.\nStrong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and recommend optimal technical approaches.\nExperience managing development teams and mentoring engineers.\nProficiency inEnglish or Japanese is a strong advantage.\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
