Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nYour day at NTT DATA\nThis role serves as the trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable, integrated, and future-ready SAP solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and SAP best practices.\nThe Solution Architect will drive solution design, architecture governance, and delivery excellence for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across financial, real estate, maintenance, and project management processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Design\nLead the end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP FICO, RE-FX, PM, and PS.\nDevelop solution blueprints, architecture roadmaps, and target-state business process designs.\nFacilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business stakeholders.\nEnsure SAP solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and business objectives.\nReview and approve functional specifications, technical designs, and integration requirements.\nEvaluate new SAP technologies and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.\nFinancial Management (FICO)\nArchitect solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.\nDesign financial planning, budgeting, month-end closing, and reporting solutions.\nEnsure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements.\nSupport SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives.\nProject Delivery & Governance\nProvide architectural leadership throughout project lifecycles.\nParticipate in estimation, project planning, risk assessment, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.\nEstablish architecture governance and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.\nMentor consultants and project teams on solution design and implementation approaches.\nStakeholder Management\nEngage business leaders, project sponsors, and process owners to understand strategic business needs.\nPresent solution recommendations and architecture decisions to senior management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nSuccess Metrics\nSuccessful delivery of SAP projects within scope, budget, and timeline.\nHigh stakeholder satisfaction and business value realization.\nCompliance with architecture and governance standards.\nImproved financial visibility, project cost control, and asset management performance.\nAdoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities.\nReduced solution defects and post-go-live issues.\nWorkplace type:\nHybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
