Working closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and customers, you will ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and delivered to the highest engineering standards.\nThis is a hands-on technical leadership role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellenceKey responsibilities:\nLead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers and data scientists.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.\nReview solution designs, architecture, and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and security.\nEstablish engineering standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.\nDrive technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and project delivery plans.\nIdentify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nSupport production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our products, platforms, and engineering practices\nRequired Qualification & Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7 years of professional software development experience.\nMinimum 2 years leading technical teams or serving as a technical lead on software projects.\nStrong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.\nExperience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, system integration, and scalable application design.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.\nExperience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\nStrong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.\nExperience with Docker, containerisation, and modern development workflows.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical delivery.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable.\nCloud & Infrastructure\nAzure or AWS cloud platforms\nKubernetes and container orchestration\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nInfrastructure as Code\nApplication monitoring and observability\nAI & Intelligent Applications\nLarge Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nAI agents and agentic workflows\nLLM orchestration frameworks\nEnterprise AI platforms and model integration\nAI solution architecture\nVector databases and semantic search technologies\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
