Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion - it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAdminister Zoom Phone - dial plans, call routing, IVR flows, meeting rooms and user provisioning\nManage Webex cloud conferencing - meeting room administration, webinar configuration and device lifecycle\nProvision and manage Cisco Panorama video conferencing devices and conference room endpoints\nDesign and maintain IVR call flows and telephony integrations with business systems\nManage BOSS billing system - cost allocation, usage reporting and departmental charge-back\nIntegrate and support third-party AV systems, conference room equipment and peripheral devices\nManage MacD lifecycle - moves, additions, changes and deletions for all voice and collaboration users\nMonitor voice and video QoS; investigate and resolve call quality degradation issues\nManage cloud security and access control for all collaboration platforms\nProduce performance trend analysis and capacity reports for voice and collaboration services\nProvide Level 2/3 support for all voice and collaboration incidents and service requests\nMaintain configuration documentation and change records for all voice and collaboration systems\nREQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\nZoom Phone - cloud PBX administration, dial plan management, call routing and IVR configuration\nMeeting room management - conference room system provisioning, scheduling and device management\nWebex cloud conferencing - meeting administration, webinar setup and participant management\nCisco Panorama - video conferencing device provisioning, management and monitoring\nIVR and telephony integration - call flow design, IVR scripting and integration with business applications\nBOSS system and billing - telecoms billing management, usage reporting and cost allocation\nThird-party device integration - AV equipment, conference room hardware and peripheral management\nMacD Manager System - move, add, change and delete lifecycle management for voice users\nQoS monitoring - voice and video quality monitoring, jitter, latency and packet loss analysis\nCloud security and access control - user access governance and platform security management\nPerformance trend analysis - call quality trending, capacity analysis and service reporting\nVoIP troubleshooting - SIP protocol, end-to-end path diagnostics and call quality resolution\nAt least 6 to 10 years of experience\nWorkplace type:\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune\nGlobal 100.
