This senior individual contributor role requires deep technical expertise in designing and operating enterprise endpoint management platforms for NTT DATA's global clients. The engineer will drive complex migrations, lead technical workstreams, mentor junior engineers, and serve as an SME across SCCM, Intune, and co-management scenarios. This role is a key technical anchor for the India EPM team, supporting accounts across US, UK, Australia, and APAC geographies.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Architecture & Design\n Platform Administration: Deploy, and maintain the Workspace ONE architecture (UEM, Access, Intelligence).\n Device Management: Manage the enrollment, provisioning, and ongoing configuration of mobile and desktop (Windows) endpoints\nImplement Workspace One/SCCM/ConfigMgr hierarchy including site server topology, DP placement, and boundary configuration for enterprise global environments.\nArchitect Workspace One/Microsoft Intune tenant configuration including enrollment profiles, policy sets, compliance frameworks, and Conditional Access design.\nAdvanced Patch Management\nManage enterprise patch management programs using Workspace One, SCCM ADRs, Intune WUfB, and Expedite policies.\nDefine patching governance including SLAs, exception processes, emergency patching procedures, and compliance reporting.\nLead vulnerability remediation integration with Qualys/Tenable - mapping CVEs to patch deployment cycles.\nManage third-party patch management using Workspace One,SCCM or integrated tools for non-Microsoft software.\nPresent patch compliance posture and risk metrics to client stakeholders and delivery management.\nDevelop and maintain patching runbooks, escalation procedures, and operational documentation.\nOS Deployment & Modern Provisioning\nLead enterprise Windows 10/11 migration and in-place upgrade projects end-to-end for global client accounts.\nDesign and manage complex OSD task sequences with MDT integration, driver management, and post-deployment automation.\nArchitect Windows Autopilot + Intune provisioning workflows for large-scale device refresh programs.\nDefine image standards, golden image build processes, and version management policies.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex OSD failures across diverse hardware platforms and global network conditions.\nAutomation & Scripting\nDevelop advanced PowerShell automation for Workspace One collection queries, deployment automation, health monitoring, and reporting.\nBuild Intune Graph API integrations for bulk device operations, policy reporting, and automated compliance workflows.\nAuthor and maintain WQL/SQL queries for SCCM inventory analysis, compliance dashboards, and operational reporting.\nDevelop reusable automation frameworks and contribute to the NTT DATA EPM India practice tooling library.\nLeadership & Governance\nServe as technical lead and L2 escalation point for complex endpoint incidents across assigned client accounts.\nParticipate in client governance reviews, delivery calls, and technical steering discussions from India delivery centre.\nContribute to SOW definition, effort estimation, and technical proposal development for EPM engagements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and platform health improvement programs for managed accounts.\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nWorkpscae One (Intermediate)\nITSM Tool: BMC Helix\nMicrosoft SCCM/ConfigMgr - site hierarchy, OSD, patch management, applications, reporting (expert)\nMicrosoft Intune - full MDM/MAM lifecycle, compliance, Autopilot, WUfB, co-management (expert)\nWindows 10/11 image management - task sequences, WinPE, MDT, driver management, Autopilot ZTP\nAzure AD / Entra ID - conditional access, device trust, MFA, and identity-driven EPM\nPowerShell advanced scripting - automation, Graph API integration, SCCM SDK operations\nSQL Server and WQL - SCCM database queries, reporting, and compliance analytics\nVulnerability management integration - Qualys, Tenable, or equivalent\nStrong English communication - client-facing delivery governance, documentation, and escalation management\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) - required or equivalent enterprise experience\nVCP-DW / Omnissa Digital Workspace certifications\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Security-related certifications\nExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Analytics and Intune Advanced Analytics\nPrior delivery experience supporting global enterprise accounts from India (10,000+ endpoints)\nMINIMUM EDUCATION\nBachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. CS or IT) from a recognised Indian university.
