Additionally, all clients are reviewed on a periodic schedule. The solution is using REACT as front end, Java/Spring Boot as backend and an Oracle Exa-Database for storage. The instance is hosted on-prem on application servers. A migration of the hosting to Google Cloud and a role out of new instances in new locations is in progress.\nWe are looking for a Business Functional Analyst to help our client create the next big thing in digital banking.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nHave overall financial services acumen to be able to connect requirements from regulatory policy changes/language to business requirements to functional specifications for solution development and implementation\nCreating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation\nPresent key timeline, milestones and status update in absence or in conjunction of a Product Owner to senior management and hold strategic discussions independently\nRefine business requirements and align globally across all 7 locations in the CE, Ger, APAC and US regions\nPrepare senior management slides with strong communication capabilities to package a problem statement clearly to both IT and Non-IT stakeholders, message and influence via email, Word and PowerPoint effectively\nAligning with other key stakeholder groups (such as project management, software engineering, vendor) to support the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions\nDocumentation of requirements, processes and controls in Confluence and Jira\nSupport for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlogs\nPre-go-live change management, assisting and supporting SIT and UAT phases\nPick-up production issues and take full ownership until resolution coordinating with all required parties in the bank \nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\nAt least 5 years of professional expertise in the described role or similar\nIn-depth knowledge of the KYC and account opening process (AFC and KYC standards and regulations) in the Wealth Management business with regard to offshore business and complex, high-risk client structures would be beneficial\nSocial and intercultural competence for the successful handling of all internal and external and international stakeholders, as well as good analytical, conceptual thinking, pronounced autonomy and initiative\nExperience in large project or transformation projects in a big financial enterprise would be beneficial\nBe able to perform under pressure and face senior management stakeholders if needed\nCan-do attitude and natural tendency to own topics end-to-end and to deliver changes into production on time\nStrong and clean skills in PowerPoint and Excel\nKnowledge of the Agile methodologies\nPractical experience with technologies like: JWT, SAML, REST API, Java, Oracle, SQL, Postman (or similar) would be beneficial\nAvaloq Core Banking knowledge is a plus\nStrong oral and written communication skills to ensure close alignment with all stakeholders across departments and different seniority levels up to MD\nLanguage skills, fluence in English, German language is a
