practices\nWhat you'll bring along\nBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field\nExperience: Minimum 4-6+ years of active software engineering or data engineering experience\nStrong knowledge of statistics, experimental design, forecasting, and predictive modelling\nExperience with machine learning techniques, including regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting, clustering, and classification models\nProficiency in Python and/or R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nAbility to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations\nStrong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills\nExperience influencing decision-making through data-driven insights\nBackground in customer, marketing, or digital analytics\nExposure to MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks), and GenAI\nExperience working
