Employer and Employee Services organization, which develops applications and services for employers and employees, with a strong focus on HR-related processes.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop, maintain and enhance existing applications written in Delphi\nContribute to the modernization and migration of legacy functionality towards Java 17\nAnalyze existing legacy code and business logic\nDesign and implement new application features\nSupport the replacement of the legacy application\nParticipate in implementation and integration projects\nCollaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications\nEnsure code quality, maintainability and technical documentation\nContribute to technical discussions regarding the future application architecture\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field\nAt least 4y+ of experience in working with Java 17\nStrong professional experience with Delphi\nAbility to understand and work with existing / legacy application architectures\nExperience in software development, maintenance and application modernization\nGerman language skills -
