In this role, you will be a key contributor to our eKYC project, responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our KYC platform.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements. \nParticipate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement. \nCollaborate with product owners, developers, and compliance specialists to understand eKYC requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. \nIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution. \nWork in an Agile/Scrum environment, attend daily stand-up meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to sprint retrospectives. \nIs an integral part of the SDLC process by creating/approving TER(test execution report) for production deployments. \nKeep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to improve overall testing quality. \nEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., AML, GDPR, local regulations).\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\nAt least 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing. \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. \nExperience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM, qTest). \nSolid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum). \nFamiliarity with database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation. \nExperience in API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI or Bruno. \nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. \nExcellent communication and collaboration skills. \nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. \nProficiency in designing, writing, and executing test cases. \nNice to have:\nExperience testing KYC, AML, or other compliance-related systems/projects is highly preferred. \nCertifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB). \nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS). \nPractical experience in testing AI/ML-enabled functionality or applying AI-assisted tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. \nExperience with test automation tools and frameworks is a
