solutions.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign, configure, and implement ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions.\nDevelop and maintain Catalog Items, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows.\nTranslate functional requirements into technical ServiceNow implementations in collaboration with Process and Requirements Analysts.\nSupport the consolidation and redesign of existing ordering channels into a unified ServiceNow Service Catalog.\nDevelop workflows and automation to streamline request fulfillment processes.\nConfigure and maintain catalog forms, variables, approvals, and associated workflows\nEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and maintainability guidelines.\nPerform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of catalog functionality.\nCollaborate with platform administrators, developers, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nWhat you’ll bring along\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\nAt least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Service Catalog Developer, ideally in ServiceNow context\nHands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow Service Catalog.\nExperience creating Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer.\nUnderstanding of IT service request management and fulfillment processes.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams.\nStrong communication skills and advanced English and
