NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to work with our global client in the U.S.  for a remote opportunity in Costa Rica. 

Overview:

TOP performs critical back-office activities related to institutional banking relationships, cash and trade settlement management, disbursements, treasury portfolio servicing, and accounts payable/accounts receivable.

Institutional banking network and engage with banks, brokers, custodians, service providers, and other counterparties, there is an increasing need to strengthen onboarding processes. The role will provide support in the following areas.

Responsibilities:

• Support account opening, closing, and maintenance activities with banks.
• Support onboarding activities for brokers, service providers, custodians, and other financial institutions.
• Support the collection, review, execution, and submission of account opening forms, legal documents, and supporting documentation required by counterparties.
• Coordinate and support bank account recertification processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for KYC, AML, and compliance requests received from banks, brokers, custodians, and service providers.
• Improve and maintain standardized institutional KYC responses, templates, and supporting materials to ensure consistent and timely responses to counterparties, in coordination with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and other teams as needed.
• Track KYC submissions, document expirations, and renewal requirements.
• Maintain centralized repositories of agreements, KYC documentation, onboarding records, signature authorities, certifications, and supporting operational documentation.
• Identify repetitive manual tasks and opportunities to streamline onboarding, KYC coordination, documentation management, and account administration activities.
• Support the design and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation management.
• Strong client-service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive follow-up and ability to manage time-sensitive requests.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare clear institutional responses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of banking onboarding and KYC requirements.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and due diligence processes.
• Understanding of treasury operations and institutional banking relationships.
• Experience designing process improvements and automation initiatives.
