Initially focused on the Genesis SAP transformation programme, you will ensure security is embedded into solution design from the outset, supporting secure-by-design principles across identity, access management, cloud, data protection, integration and operational technology.\nAs the Group's security architecture lead, you will define security standards, provide design assurance, and influence technology decisions across IT, cloud, operational technology and emerging AI initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and develop the Group's enterprise security architecture strategy, principles and design standards.\nProvide security architecture leadership for the Genesis SAP transformation programme.\nDefine identity and access management architecture, including access governance and segregation of duties.\nEnsure security, data protection and compliance requirements are embedded into solution designs.\nReview and challenge architecture and design proposals from suppliers and systems integrators.\nAssess cloud, network, integration and data security architectures.\nMaintain security design decisions, risk exceptions and governance records.\nTranslate regulatory, legal and security framework requirements into practical architectural solutions.\nSupport the development of security architecture across operational technology, acquisitions and AI initiatives.\nRepresent Information Security within architecture and design governance forums\nEssential Requirements\nDegree or equivalent professional experience in security architecture, enterprise architecture, solution architecture or information security.\nProfessional security certification such as CISSP or equivalent.\nProven experience developing security architecture principles, standards and reference designs.\nStrong knowledge of identity and access management, access governance and segregation of duties.\nExperience designing secure cloud, network, integration and data architectures.\nKnowledge of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, CIS Controls and Cyber Essentials.\nExperience providing technical assurance and challenging third-party design decisions.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business audiences.\nDesirable Requirements\nSecurity architecture experience within SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.\nExperience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.\nQualifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, SABSA, TOGAF, CCSP, CCSK, CISM or CRISC.\nKnowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 42001, NIST CSF or IEC 62443.\nOperational technology, manufacturing or industrial security experience.\nExperience supporting acquisitions, integrations or multi-site organisations.\nUnderstanding of AI security and governance principles.\nWhat You'll Bring\nYou will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to influence business and technology stakeholders.
