Our loyal and highly skilled workforce are key to our success of delivering sustainable climate and water management solutions, everywhere.\nRole Overview\nTo contribute to the overall success of the People agenda in delivering a proactive and customer focused People & Culture service by providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff members on a wide variety of People & Culture matters, such as employee relations, policy and process, recruitment and the delivery of key projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide high quality People & Culture advice and guidance to managers, supporting the effective resolution of complex and sensitive employee relations issues.\nAdvise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of People policies, procedures and employment legislation.\nSupport the implementation and embedding of People and Culture strategies and initiatives across the organisation.\nManage and support complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability and absence management matters.\nDraft People documentation, contractual amendments and correspondence in line with employment legislation and best practice.\nBuild strong working relationships with managers to understand business needs and provide appropriate People support.\nSupport recruitment activity, including job descriptions, person specifications, job evaluations and selection processes.\nDeliver People engagement activities, including new starter inductions and first-line support for People enquiries.\nProduce People data analytics and reports, maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, practices and technology solutions.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience of employee relations and absence management case work.\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.\nStrong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGood working knowledge of employment law, People policies and procedures.\nAbility to manage difficult situations and influence outcomes.\nDemonstrated commitment to delivering excellent levels of customer service and Peple best practice.\nWillingness to travel to other company sites.\nHere at the Genuit Group we recognise and develop the contribution our people make to the Group’s success and are committed to attracting talent from the widest pool.
