This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to\nmanage cross-functional teams while aligning project outcomes with both ADEY’s and the wider Genuit goals.\nResponsibilities\n\nProject Leadership: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.\nPlanning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocation.\nStakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with the ADEY Leadership team and team members to ensure alignment.\nRisk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.\nEscalate in a timely manner any major risks or issue effecting project progress.\nInterface with cross functional stake holders to ensure milestones are met\nProcess Improvement: Implement best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReporting: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and project performance metrics to the ADEY Senior Project Manager.\nEffectively communicate project expectations to team members to enable them to deliver correctly and on time\nAssume control and responsibility for all aspects of allocated projects\nManage the resource appointed to relevant projects\nWork on own initiative and contribute as a valued member of wider project and business teams including the wider CMS and Genuit stakeholders\nEnsure projects are managed in accordance with agreed ADEY project methodologies and all documentation is compliant\nThe Person\n\n3+ years of project management experience\nManaging multiple projects and working to tight deadlines\nWorking in a fast paced, expanding company\nExperience within a matrix organisation\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Experience in the use of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, MS 365 etc.)\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skill Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills Resilient under pressure and adaptable to change.\nDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and results.
