This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, social media, and multi-location healthcare marketing.\nKey Responsibilities\nSocial Media & Digital Marketing\nAssist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across multiple dental practice accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.\nDevelop engaging content highlighting dental services, providers, patient education, community involvement, and practice events.\nSupport digital marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and attract new patients.\nMonitor social media engagement, trends, and performance metrics.\nAssist with maintaining and updating practice websites and online business listings.\nMulti-Location Practice Marketing\nSupport marketing initiatives across multiple dental office locations while maintaining consistent brand messaging.\nCoordinate with office managers and regional leadership to identify local marketing opportunities.\nAssist with planning and executing community outreach events, referral programs, and local promotions.\nHelp develop marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, digital advertisements, and promotional content.\nSupport new practice openings, provider announcements, and practice growth initiatives.\nContent Creation & Brand Development\nDesign marketing materials using Canva or similar graphic design platforms.\nAssist with writing social media captions, website content, email campaigns, and marketing communications.\nCollaborate with team members to develop creative marketing strategies.\nHelp ensure consistent branding across all affiliated dental practices.\nCoordinate the collection of practice photos, provider biographies, and other marketing assets.\nMarketing Analytics & Reporting\nTrack and organize marketing performance data, including social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign results.\nAssist with preparing marketing reports for leadership.\nResearch competitors, industry trends, and local market opportunities.\nHelp identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and patient engagement.\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on marketing experience within a growing, multi-location healthcare organization.\nExposure to digital marketing, branding, content creation, and local market strategies.\nExperience coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple dental practices.\nOpportunities to collaborate with corporate leadership and practice management teams.\nDevelopment of professional marketing materials and projects for your portfolio.\nMentorship and exposure to real-world business growth strategies.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate is creative, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
