You will contribute in build analytical, and agentic roadmap for many of P&C product and processes and be part of impactful work streams for all Nubankers.\nWe are looking for people who are independent and who are not afraid to take the initiative to identify and solve problems that are not necessarily obvious.\nYou can read more about it in our blog and get some insights into how we work.\nYou’ll be Responsible for\nEmployee Memory: Turns behavioral signals across the Nubanker journey into a trusted foundation for insights and AI-powered experiences.\nShape the analytical roadmap: by defining the key questions, use cases and success metrics, and sequence what to build first.\n\nDesign the signal layer: Decide which behavioral signals matter, how they are defined and combined, and how they map to the employee journey (from onboarding to growth to exit).\n\nOwn quality and validation: Define ground truth, validation approaches and monitoring so that signals can be trusted and used in decisions.\n\nEmbed privacy and fairness from the start: Work with P&C leadership, Legal & Privacy on what can and should be measured, with clear guardrails on bias, consent and appropriate use.\n\nConnect to Semantic Layer: Define canonical metrics and entities so that Employee Memory is reusable across dashboards, analyses and agents.\n\nEnable agentic use cases: Partner with PM and engineering to ground agents in reliable data, and define how their outputs are evaluated.\n\nWork cross-functionally: Partner daily with PM, SWE, HR Generalists and P&C leadership, and align with other areas that depend on the same signals. Do a lot of investigative work, focused on deciding which data makes the most sense to use in which situation. If you don't have the data, it's your job to think about what tests can be done or how to extract the information you need to answer your questions;\n\nSupport your team in making data-based decisions by monitoring analysis and decisions, ensuring the flow of projects and making the process of taking risks comfortable despite the uncertainties;\n\nLearning how to work with a large volume of data to build a solid foundation for decision making with calculated risks - even knowing that not all the answers are in the data and/or that not all the data you would like is available;Use tools like SQL, Python and Scala - taught during your first weeks with us - for data extraction;\n\nUnderstand our products and interactions with other areas;\n\nTake advantage of opportunities to grow and learn from a well-prepared and highly qualified team;\n\nOpportunity to work in a complex, dynamic and diverse environment, participating in projects that will impact a large number of clients.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nAnalytical capacity: ease with numbers and calculations, having the ability to solve problems mathematically;\n\nBusiness basics: dynamics between risks and opportunities, as well as interaction between business areas and technical areas (products/engineering);\n\nProblem solving: ease and creativity to seek solutions to day-to-day challenges and achieve the best results;\n\nAbility to understand how your decisions and work impact our customers' experience, seeking results that align with our purpose;\n\nWillingness and ease of learning, especially for tools;\n\nOpenness to receive feedback and incorporate it into your daily life and development;\n\nAdaptability to the multifunctional environment;\n\nProfiles that add value to Nubank's culture.\nWork Model for this Role\nHybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week, on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
