We orchestrate all of the AI workstreams - including function transformation, infrastructure, AI risk, AI cost and communications - and work directly with Nubank's management team and senior leaders across the company.\nAbout the role\nYou join a small core team as the person who brings the outside view: first-hand experience of how an AI plays a key role at a company that is further along. You'll use it to shape where Nubank's transformation goes next, decide which AI solutions we build or buy, and structure how progress reaches the management team - while staying hands-on enough to unblock the initiatives that matter most.\nImpact: you will shape the direction, reach and quality of Nubank's AI transformation.\nWhat you'll do\nShape Nubank's AI strategy with industry learnings. Bring what worked and failed at top players to define where Nubank goes next - what to double down on, what to stop, how to sequence it, and which operating model fits.\n\nDefine our AI solutions portfolio. Map the AI solutions we have internally and support build-vs-buy calls - which tools, harnesses and context layers Nubank should build in-house versus source externally - and shape the scope of the ones we build.\n\nOwn the management team narrative. Structure what goes to Nubank's management team every week - turning signals from every workstream into a clear picture of progress, risks and the decisions needed.\n\nDefine what success looks like. Set ambitious targets for our AI initiatives and the KPIs, measures, and mechanisms that show whether they are actually delivering impact.\n\nUnblock critical initiatives. When something is stuck, go into the team, understand the blocker and resolve it - across functions, without formal authority.\n\nRun the operating rhythm. Lead weekly workstream sessions with initiative owners on gaps, ETAs and resourcing; connect cross-workstream dependencies and escalate risks early.\n\nOur recruitment process may involve the use of artificial intelligence-enabled tools, such as automated interview transcription and analysis, to support the evaluation process.
