As Tech Lead, Global Offices Network, you will provide hands-on technical leadership for the end-to-end direction of office networks-from architecture and carrier connectivity to implementation, monitoring, incident response, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.\nYou will lead complex technical decisions and delivery across multiple locations, coordinate internal and external partners, and raise the engineering standard through clear ownership, documentation, automation, and knowledge sharing. You will also work directly with AI solutions and agent-orchestration tools to improve infrastructure operations with greater agility and scalability.\nYou'll be responsible for\nLead the global networking team in implementing and sustainably supporting infrastructure across multi-site offices.\n\nProvide technical direction and mentorship to engineers at different levels, supporting their technical and professional growth.\n\nDefine and evolve standards and reference architectures for office LAN, WLAN, WAN, internet edge, firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and observability.\n\nLead end-to-end network delivery for new offices, expansions, relocations, and major infrastructure changes, from design through launch and operational handover.\n\nOwn technical designs covering IP addressing, VLANs, routing, wireless, carrier connectivity, resiliency, firewall zones, and enterprise-service access.\n\nOperate and improve Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, NAC, VPN, and related network platforms.\n\nLead complex incidents and escalations, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, postmortems, and reliability improvements.\n\nMaintain monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, lifecycle management, runbooks, rollback plans, and operational handovers for global office infrastructure.\n\nDrive vulnerability remediation, security-control implementation, audit evidence, and clear RACI definitions across infrastructure operations.\n\nCoordinate technical work with vendors, carriers, data-center teams, security teams, facilities partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nRun team rituals and coordinate initiatives from ideation through final launch in partnership with peers.\n\nPromote automation, accurate documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI-enabled practices that reduce operational silos and improve service quality.\n\nWe are looking for a person who has\nExperience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise or office networks across multiple sites.\n\nHands-on knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP, and network resiliency.\n\nExperience designing and operating enterprise firewalls, segmentation, access policies, certificates, firmware, VPNs, and secure network controls.\n\nExperience with wireless design, RF analysis, access-point planning, authentication, and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience leading infrastructure projects involving multiple teams, locations, vendors, and physical dependencies.\n\nExperience with monitoring, alerting, incident response, troubleshooting, post-incident reviews, and reliability improvement.\n\nUnderstanding of vulnerability management, audit requirements, security controls, and ownership models such as RACI.\n\nExperience providing technical direction while remaining comfortable with hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience communicating technical decisions, managing stakeholders, documenting systems, and collaborating asynchronously across teams.\n\nExperience using AI agent-orchestration tools or solutions, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Gemini, to improve engineering productivity or infrastructure operations.\n\nIt would be great if you also have\nExperience with Aruba technologies, such as Aruba Central or Aruba ClearPass; Cisco switching; Palo Alto; Fortinet SD-WAN; or IPsec.\n\nExperience with application delivery controllers, such as F5 BIG-IP or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with DDI management platforms, such as Infoblox.\n\nExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, centralized logging, infrastructure as code, or network automation practices.\n\nExperience delivering new-office, relocation, data-center interconnection, carrier-management, or large-scale workplace-network programs.\n\nExperience working across international locations and adapting designs to local carrier, building, power, regulatory, and facilities constraints.\n\nRelevant networking or security certifications, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nLocation for this opportunity\nSão Paulo, Brazil\n\nCampinas, Brazil\n\nRio de Janeiro, Brazil\n\nBelo Horizonte, Brazil\n\nOur Benefits\nChance of earning equity at Nubank\n\nFood/Meal Card (Vale-Refeição and/or Vale-Alimentação)\n\nPublic Transportation Commuting Benefit (Vale-Transporte)\n\nNuCare - Psychological, Financial and Legal Assistance Program\n\nLife Insurance\n\nMedical Plan\n\nDental Plan\n\nNuLanguage - Language Course Program\n\nNucleo - Our learning platform of courses\n\nExtended Parental Leave\n\nDaycare Allowance\n\nParental Consultancy\n\nWork-from-home Allowance\n\nGym Partnerships\n\n30 days of paid vacation\n\nRelocation Assistance Package, if applicable\n\nWork Model for this Role\nHybrid 2-3 times/week: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office at least twice a week, on strategic days designed to maximize team connection and collaboration.
