This remote-based role reports to the VP of Development and will lead other application developers in the creation of multi-tenant web-based SaaS application, mobile application, and systems integration platforms.\nWhat you'll do:As part of the Engineering team, the Senior Application Engineer will identify best technical solutions for the successful execution of our roadmap strategy. This role writes detail technical specifications specifications for each of the identified solutions, and assumes technical responsibility for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with application development standards and achievement of documented requirements. This role will engage in building POCs solutions to explore new options and technologies.\nThe success of this role means solutions meet the specified requirements and are deployed on time with quality.\nKey responsibilities:\nLeads the technical design and development of functionality for new and existing application\n\nSteers code reviews as part of the development process.\n\nBuilds user interface applications and back-end databases using various programming and scripting languages; creating functional specifications for internet and web-based projects.\n\nSupports the continuous delivery of service including; applications use auditing, development of software utilities, and application development procedures\n\nSupports quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities.\n\nKeeps apprised of upcoming technologies and development best practices.\n\nRecommends solutions based on the advantages and disadvantages of different available options.\n\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).\n\nOur ideal candidate:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, software engineering, or mathematics.\n\n5+ years of experience of web applications.\n\n5+ years HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript, C#, .Net, and Visual Studio.\n\nExperience in Javascript frameworks such as Angular, Kendo, JQuery and etc.\n\nExperience working in an Agile environment and other SDLC methodologies.\n\nProven ability to develop applications based on requirements.\n\nProven ability to lead and direct offshore teams.\n\nProven ability to lead the troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with service orientation.\n\nExperience working with cloud hosting such as Azure and or
