We are now looking for a talented Lead Medical Writer to join our team.\nAbout the role\nAs a Lead Medical Writer, you will use your scientific expertise to develop and deliver innovative medical communications projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Medical Writer seeking professional growth and progression.\nHere's what you'll be doing:\nTake the lead role in projects and take ownership of the scientific/editorial component.\nResponsible for producing high-quality scientific written materials in keeping with project briefs.\nEdit and proofread text written by other team members and provide constructive feedback to aid learning and development.\nThe role will involve reviewing and interpreting data from preclinical and clinical research articles as the basis of creating scientific written materials in keeping with project briefs.\nRemain current with medical developments and conducts literature searches to ensure delivery of accurate medical information for assigned projects.\nParticipate in client meetings / teleconferences and attend scientific meetings as required.\nSynthesize clinical trial data and translates relevance for the appropriate physician and consumer audiences according to client requirements for assigned projects.\nAbout you:\nAdvanced degree in life sciences, pharmacology or medicine \nDemonstrable relevant medical writing experience within a medical communications agency.\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work to and within deadlines and to juggle multiple projects\nStrong organizational skills, including ability to multi-task\nKeen attention to detail, ability to prioritize responsibilities and work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently. \nThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
