You'll work with experienced scientific, editorial and client services colleagues, contributing to a broad range of projects for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients.\nWhether you're developing a publication, preparing content for a scientific meeting, creating educational materials or helping shape a wider medical communications programme, you'll have the opportunity to make a real contribution from day one.\nYou'll be supported by an experienced team and report into a Senior Scientific Director, with plenty of opportunity to broaden your skills, deepen your therapeutic-area expertise and progress your career.\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Medical Writer, you will:\nResearch, interpret and communicate complex scientific and clinical information clearly.\nDevelop different medical communications deliverables, which may include manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, meeting materials, educational content, training materials and digital or interactive content.\nTranslate scientific data into engaging, audience-appropriate narratives while maintaining scientific accuracy and editorial excellence.\nWork with senior scientific writers, account teams, editors and other agency specialists to deliver high-quality projects on time and to brief.\nSupport the development of scientific messages and content strategies.\nConduct literature searches and critically appraise scientific and clinical data.\nCollaborate with clients, authors, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.\nParticipate in client meetings, scientific meetings and other project-related activities.\nEnsure content is appropriately referenced and meets relevant scientific, editorial and compliance standards.\nTake ownership of assigned projects and contribute positively to the wider team.\nAbout you\nWe're looking for a scientifically curious writer who enjoys turning complex information into clear and engaging communication.\nYou'll have:\nA degree, MSc, PhD or equivalent qualification in a life sciences discipline.\nExperience in medical writing, gained within a medical communications agency.\nExperience developing scientific content for different audiences and formats.\nStrong scientific research, interpretation and writing skills.\nThe confidence to ask questions, contribute ideas and take ownership.\nAn enthusiasm for learning and developing your expertise within medical communications.\nWhy Nucleus Global?\nAt Nucleus Global, you'll be part of a collaborative community of scientific and communications professionals working on high-profile programmes for leading healthcare organisations.\nWe offer:\nThe opportunity to work on innovative global medical communications programmes.\nCollaboration with experienced scientific leaders, strategists and client teams.\nA broad range of projects, audiences and therapeutic areas.\nStructured learning, mentoring and career development.\nOpportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the wider Inizio Medical network.\nFlexible hybrid and remote working options.\nA competitive benefits package, including private healthcare and pension.\nWe believe great work comes from bringing together different perspectives, experiences and expertise.
