Working with feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, you will prioritize high-impact solutions to customer problems and drive the launch of new products to satisfy our customers’ needs. This is an opportunity to play an important role in guiding the product direction of an expanding startup experiencing rapid growth.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ UI/UX platform and associated functionality, including custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization features.\n\nDrive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends\n\nDefine and analyze metrics for product performance, and drive improvement against those metrics over time\n\nSolicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams toward solving customer problems\n\nWork closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n4 - 7 years of experience in product management for a technology company\n\nOwnership experience of B2B SaaS UX-focused products\n\nThe ability to work under pressure and adapt to change\n\nProven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements\n\nExcellent written & verbal communication skills\n\nExcellent analytical & presentation skills\n\nComfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones\n\nEntrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks\n\nTrack record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers\n\nExperience in development of products related to data analytics, search, or semantic middleware is highly preferred\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity\n\nExperience with products integrating native generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic automated workflows, etc.)\n\nExperience shipping products within the context of a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC\n\nWhy You Should Be Excited\nYou will work on a truly unique solution that’s defining a market and making an actual impact.\nWe’re biased, but we have a fantastic company culture.
