Duties include, but are not limited to: Design and implement data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) customer data from multiple internal and external platforms; Ensure real-time synchronization and smooth data movement between systems, including CRM, ERP, and marketing platform; Develop and manage Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to maintain a Golden Record for each customer; Standardize and clean customer data to ensure consistency, eliminate duplicates, and enforce data governance policies; Implement automated data tracking, validation, and enrichment processes for accurate, up-to-date customer data; Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with business applications and provide actionable insights; Develop reports and dashboards for monitoring data quality, trends, and performance metrics; and provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of data management platforms using Agile development methodologies. Performance of these duties requires working knowledge and utilization of the following software development tools and programming languages: Talend, Apache NiFi, Informatica MDM, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Kafka, MQ, SQL, Python, Java, Apache Camel, Apache Ignite, Spark, and Hive.\nRequires a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and 1 year of experience. Experience as a Lead Software Engineer is acceptable.
