We hire people who are exceptional at their craft, believe hard things are worth doing, and execute relentlessly - people who expect the highest levels of both rigor and integrity from each other.\nAbout the role\nAs a recruiting coordinator at Nudge, you will:\nCoordinate all candidate interview logistics (scheduling, travel, meals, materials, onsite hosting) and serve as primary point of contact throughout the process\n\nProvide interview preparation support and company information to candidates while communicating progress updates to hiring teams\n\nSupport referral coordination and internal communications across the hiring process\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in ATS system\n\nAssist with onboarding logistics (paperwork, system access, first-day coordination)\n\nAbout you\nWe are looking for recruiting coordinators with at least 2 years of industry experience.
