In this full-time position based in Macpherson Central Region, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure.\nWhat you'll be doing\nRespond to and resolve a wide range of IT-related inquiries and issues from our users in a timely and efficient manner\n\nDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems\n\nProvide first-line support and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications\n\nCoordinate with vendors and other IT professionals to address more complex technical problems\n\nMaintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles\n\nAssist with the implementation and testing of new IT systems and applications\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes and procedures\n\nWhat we're looking for\nRelevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a similar industry\n\nExperience supporting multi-site environments is highly preferred.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues\n\nExcellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users\n\nFamiliarity with common office productivity software, hardware, and network technologies\n\nDemonstrable ability to work effectively both
