As Market Manager, you'll be the go-to person for every hotel partner you manage: setting the commercial strategy, keeping pricing and availability sharp, and making sure each property is fully activated and performing.\nYou'll work hand in hand with hotel revenue managers, GMs, and cluster teams, using Nuitée's dashboards to catch performance gaps early and turn them into fixes before they cost bookings.\nIt's a hands-on, high-ownership role, and one where near-native Japanese and real knowledge of the local hotel market aren't nice-to-haves - they're what it takes to run commercial conversations with Japanese hotel partners and actually move pricing and promotions forward.\nWhat makes it interesting for you:\nYou own the commercial strategy for your own portfolio: pricing, promotions, availability, and which hotels get switched back on\nYou're the direct link between Nuitée and hotel revenue managers and GMs - no layers in between\nYou work hands-on with real-time performance dashboards built for fast decisions, not static reporting\nNuitée's direct supply team keeps growing, and Japan is one of the regions it's investing in next - early ownership here comes with room to grow as the portfolio scales\nNuitée has grown 10x since 2022, stayed profitable the entire time, and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel.
