As Sourcing Manager, you’ll be the person who finds the right hotels and hotel groups, gets in front of the people who make the decisions, and closes contracts at conditions that turn into bookings from day one.\nYou’ll own your pipeline end to end, from first conversation to signature, working closely with our Connectivity, Operations and Account Management teams so every hotel you sign is set up to perform.\nIt’s a commercial, high-energy role for someone who loves the hunt. Demand partners like Grab and Priceline already send bookings through Nuitée’s platform, and direct hotel supply is a growing priority for where that demand gets filled.\nThe kind of problems you’ll work on:\nWhich hotels and groups in Thailand should we go after first, and how do we get to the right decision-maker?\nHow do you pitch Nuitée so a hotel sees real value in working with us directly?\nHow do you negotiate rates and conditions that are competitive enough to convert immediately?\nHow do you move a deal from first contact to signature quickly, without cutting corners?\nHow do you make sure every contract you close is technically feasible and handed over cleanly?\nThis role fits someone who:\nHas 3+ years contracting hotel supply at an OTA, bed bank or wholesaler, or selling for a hotel group\nHas a strong network across Thai hotels and owner groups, and the confidence to use it\nHas a track record of closing hotel contracts, ideally including multi-property or chain agreements\nIs naturally commercial and driven, and gets energy from bringing new business in\nCommunicates simply and persuasively, handles objections and gets to “yes”\nSpeaks fluent Thai and professional working English\nIs based in Bangkok or Phuket and happy to travel frequently (up to 40%)\nYou will do well here if you’re proactive, persuasive, and energised by opening new doors.\nThis is less suited to someone who prefers managing an existing portfolio over building new business, or who needs leads handed to them.\nIf that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
