YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Demand Generation Manager owns Nulogy’s acquisition and demand generation programs, driving qualified pipeline through integrated campaigns, digital channels, webinars, events, partner initiatives, and emerging growth opportunities.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing programs that generate awareness, engagement, and pipeline across Nulogy’s target markets. Success requires a strong understanding of buyer behavior, campaign performance, conversion optimization, and channel effectiveness, ensuring marketing investments consistently contribute to revenue growth.

As buyer behavior continues to evolve, this role will continuously evaluate and optimize acquisition channels, campaign strategies, and conversion experiences to improve marketing efficiency and accelerate pipeline generation.

This role serves as a strategic growth partner within the marketing organization and collaborates closely with content, product, business development, sales, customer success, and marketing operations to drive measurable business outcomes.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own demand generation programs that support pipeline creation, revenue growth, and market expansion across Nulogy’s solutions and target industries.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, webinar, partner, event, and outbound-assisted channels.
  • Manage paid and digital acquisition programs, including search, social, retargeting, AI-powered discovery channels, and emerging growth opportunities, continuously improving performance and return on investment.
  • Own campaign performance measurement, experimentation, and optimization, using data and insights to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner closely with content, product, and business development teams to ensure campaigns effectively reach target audiences with relevant messaging and offers.
  • Drive continuous improvement of landing pages, conversion paths, and campaign experiences to increase prospect engagement and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and optimize acquisition strategies, channel investments, and growth initiatives that support Nulogy’s pipeline objectives.
  • Support webinar, event, and field marketing initiatives through demand generation planning, promotion, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Nulogy’s buyers, products, markets, and competitive landscape to improve targeting, campaign effectiveness, and market relevance.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated success managing demand generation programs and contributing to pipeline growth in a B2B environment
  • Experience managing paid acquisition channels, including search, social, retargeting, and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, campaign measurement, attribution, and marketing performance analysis
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, sales, business development, and marketing operations teams
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
