Location: Remote (U.S. and near a major airport) / Travel onsite to dealerships is required.

Schedule: Standard business hours. Approximately 3 weeks per month of onsite travel across the U.S. and Canada.

The Role

We’re looking for a Field Implementation Manager to bring Numa’s AI-powered platform to life inside dealerships across North America. In this role, you will spend most of your time on-site launching Numa; training staff, solving real-time challenges, and setting teams up for long-term success.

This isn’t a behind the desk job. You’ll be part trainer, part problem-solver, part motivator; showing dealership teams the value of using Numa every day and making sure our solution sticks. You’ll also serve as the bridge between the field and our internal teams, sharing insights that shape how we scale onboarding and rollout.

What You’ll Do

• Lead onsite go-lives and ensure smooth, successful launches
• Train dealership staff across roles with clear, hands-on, and engaging sessions
• Partner with dealership leaders to highlight the long-term business value of Numa
• Document launch outcomes and transition accounts to our Performance Architect team
• Share field insights with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve onboarding and customer experience
• Travel onsite to dealerships regularly to drive engagement and adoption

What You Bring

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in training, onboarding, service, or support 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room and adapt to any audience
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust quickly in fast-paced environments
• Excitement to travel ~3 weeks per month across the U.S. and Canada (must live near a major airport)

Nice To Have

• Experience with SaaS, automotive, or phone systems
• Background in field-based training, deployment, or customer onboarding
• Familiarity with dealership operations or service department workflows
• Experience supporting product go-lives or rollouts in a high-growth environment
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline training, documentation, or workflows
• Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) for broader coverage across the U.S. and Canada
