This role will provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, networking, and unified communications while driving automation, modernization, and operational excellence.\nThe successful candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, Microsoft 365 technologies, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and modern infrastructure automation practices. Experience with Azure cloud services is highly desirable.\nWhat you will do\nCloud Infrastructure & Platform Services\nMicrosoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Exchange Online environments.\nArchitect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, security, networking, and cost optimization.\nDesign and support enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN.\nAdminister VoIP and telephony solutions including AudioCodes, SIP, and carrier services.\nImplement infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD practices.\nDrive cloud security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.\nVendor management, and infrastructure strategy.\nSupport and administer Azure services where applicable.\nImplement highly available, resilient, and scalable cloud architectures.\nOptimize cloud performance, availability, security, and cost management.\nEnterprise Network Infrastructure\nManage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, DNS, DHCP, and network security services.\nManage cloud networking, connectivity, VPNs, transit gateways, routing, and hybrid-cloud integrations.\nMonitor network performance and capacity.\nTroubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues.\nManage network redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery capabilities.\nWork closely with security teams to implement network segmentation and security controls.\nMicrosoft Platform Administration\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365 services, including:\nManage tenant configuration, governance, lifecycle management, and security policies.\nSupport email security, retention, compliance, and messaging infrastructure.\nLead Microsoft platform upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.\nImplement identity governance and conditional access policies.\nUnified Communications & Telephony\nAdminister enterprise voice and communication platforms.\nSupport Microsoft Teams Phone and integrated telephony services.\nCoordinate with telecommunications providers and vendors.\nEnsure platform reliability, service quality, and business continuity.\nIdentity, Security & Compliance\nImplement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.\nSupport single sign-on (SSO), MFA, conditional access, privileged access management, and zero-trust initiatives.\nPartner with cybersecurity teams on vulnerability remediation and security monitoring.\nEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.\nParticipate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and security reviews.\nAutomation & Operational Excellence\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, patching, and operational workflows.\nDevelop scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Bash.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure and platform deployments.\nImplement observability, logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational overhead.\nWhat you have\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\nEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.\nExperience\n7-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems administration, or platform operations.\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on AWS administration and engineering experience.\nExperience managing complex enterprise environments supporting multiple business-critical platforms.\nPreferred Certifications\nAWS Solutions Architect Professional\nAWS SysOps Administrator\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert\nMicrosoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert\nMicrosoft Teams Administrator Associate\nCDNP/CCIE\nITIL Foundation\nWhat's in it for you?\nAn evolutionary journey in the audience measurement and data space; work on exciting projects, add value & make a positive impact to our Company.\nBenefits package, group savings and retirement program.
